Prasad Manepalli
Prasad Manepalli began his career with Marketing and Information technology gaining an unparalleled 25+ years of experience, while also establishing himself as a respected real estate Investor over the last 5 years. Prasad is passionate about humanitarian work and is a true believer in Yoga. He has been helping people across the globe with his association with various non-profit association and their expertise. He has also been involved in numerous activities to benefit the community ranging from COVID webinars, health fairs, and vaccine drives. He has been acknowledged by the MICS team for his services he is the recipient of the Lifetime Service Award. He has led many humanitarian services Including Relay for Life, and the American Diabetes Association Led Diversity and Inclusion team for Asia Pacific affinity Networks as Various leadership at the Plymouth location for Johnson Controls and Adient Raised over 150K dollars over 10 years span from 2011- 2020 within in the organization. Prasad’s Hobbies Include Visiting New Places around the world and Spending time with friends and family. Currently working as a Mortgage loan Originator for Commloan is widely known for his customer service. Prasad's mission is to serve our customers with honesty, integrity, and competence. His goal is to provide mortgage loans to his clients while providing them with the lowest interest rates and closing costs possible. Furthermore, he pledges to help borrowers overcome roadblocks that can arise while securing a loan.
Mahmood Motani
Mahmood Motani is a seasoned entrepreneur and alternative investment specialist based in Frisco, Texas, best known as the Managing Member of Sena Capital, LLC, a firm he founded in 2011 with a focus on distressed residential mortgage debt. Over the course of his career, he has built a reputation as a trusted operator in the mortgage note-investing space, managing multiple note-investing syndications and serving as Managing General Partner of Highclere Group, LP, a private equity fund dedicated to mortgage note acquisitions across residential and commercial asset classes. At Sena Capital, Mahmood pioneered company operations from the ground up — buying and selling discounted mortgage notes, ensuring regulatory compliance, and growing revenues to over $6 million with consistent year-over-year growth. He has managed a portfolio valued at over $2 million across 20+ investors and serves as a consultant to more than 50 note holders.

Santosh Thakur is a distinguished senior technology leader based in Bloomington, Illinois, is BITS Pilani alumnus. From a management and planning perspective, Santosh has been widely recognized for his exceptional leadership and structured approach to delivery. Peers have described him as a master planner whose ability to delegate is first-rate, and his project management skills have drawn particular praise. He has served as lead program manager and primary liaison between client organizations and delivery teams, successfully delivering complex deliverables under demanding timelines. His planning philosophy spans the full lifecycle — ensuring successful execution through planning, tracking, risk management, and delivery oversight. He balances financial strategy, cost management, and investment alignment to keep everything in sync with broader business goals With over 20 years of diverse experience brings the rare blend of technical depth and strategic management acumen.
Varun Malhotra
Varun Malhotra is a real estate investor, licensed realtor, and the Operating Manager of Prime Property Management, with over a decade of experience acquiring, managing, and optimizing residential and mixed-use investment properties across the Chicagoland area. Varun brings a hands-on understanding of what drives long-term property performance and investor success. He specializes in sourcing and analyzing cash-flowing opportunities, structuring investment deals, and implementing efficient property management systems that maximize returns. Through Prime Property Management, Varun works closely with property owners and investors by providing transparent deal analysis, reliable management, and strategic guidance to help grow and protect their real estate investments while maintaining stable, well-managed properties.
